On 16th June 2009 in Kuala Lumpur, YUNNAN BAIYAO GROUP CO., LTD signed a 5 years sole distributorship agreement with HAI-O ENTERPRISE BHD, a wholesaler and retailer of Chinese Traditional Medicine in Malaysia.    

Mr. Wei Bo, General Manager of Overseas Business Division of YUNNAN BAIYAO GROUP and Mr. Tan Kee Hock, Group Manager-Business Development of Hai-O Enterprise Bhd signed on the Sole Distributorship Agreement. Mr. Gao Wenkuan, Economic and Commercial Counsellor of China Embassy in Malaysia, Mr. Tan Kai Hee, Managing Director of HAI-O ENTERPRISE, Mr. Li Jin, Chief Technical Officer of Yunnan Baiyao Group Co., Ltd., Ms Ma Xin, General Sales Supervisor of Overseas Business Division of Yunnan Baiyao Group Co., Ltd participated in the Signing Ceremony:

Under the agreement, HAI-O ENTERPRISE was authorized to distribute the products from YUNNAN BAIYAO GROUP in Malaysian market through its all-rounded distributing channels as well as excellent after-sales service. The product line covered Yunnan Baiyao Serials, Tienqi Serials and other Natural Originated Health Products.

HAI-O ENTERPRISE hoped that the strategic alliance with YUNNAN BAIYAO GROUP, a well recognized Traditional Chinese Medicine manufacturer and marketer in China, would boost the company's long-term commitment in helping Malaysians pursue a healthier lifestyle.

Mr. Wei Bo, General Manager of Overseas Business Division of YUNNAN BAIYAO GROUP, said the signing of the long term cooperative agreement between YUNNAN BAIYAO GROUP and HAI-O ENTERPRISE would consolidate mutual win-win cooperation. "Regarding to the overseas business development, choosing a competent distributor is a very important step with milestone meaning” he said.

Mr. Tan Kai Hee, Managing Director of HAI-O ENTERPRISE, said the products would be launched to the local market successively from the second half of this year. "We will carry out serials advertising and promotional activities to match with the products’ launching. Besides Hai-O's 60 chain stores and major Chinese medical halls nationwide, the products will also be retailed at hypermarkets and various major pharmacies," he said.
